Cultural Diversity Training
Regional Connections partners with local employers to deliver cultural diversity training in the workplace. Over 130 nationalities have immigrated to South Central Manitoba since 2007 and as newcomers find employment, the need to develop the cultural competence of local organizations increases. Improved intercultural skills can result in more effective teamwork, better internal communication, and higher employee retention rates through increased job satisfaction.
