Regional Connections sees local immigration numbers rise in step with national trends

2023 was a busy year for immigration in the Pembina Valley region.
Quite a few people arrived in the Morden, Winkler and Altona areas according to Steve Reynolds, executive director at Regional Connections Immigrant Services, including a large contingent from Ukraine.
