Each year, we work with 700+ job seekers, representing skills and qualifications for a full spectrum of industries and occupations from entry level to regulated professions.
Gateway to Work Experience for Newcomers (GWEN) provides occupation-specific training and supported 1-month work placements for entry level occupations in a variety of sectors.
The English at Work program provides targeted, on-site workplace language training right at your place of business. Training includes beginner to advanced levels and intercultural skills for the Canadian workplace.
The Manitoba Immigrant Employment Council, a project under Regional Connections Inc, networks employers of newcomers across the province to provide best practices, resources, and connections to support employers in the hiring, onboarding, and retention of newcomer employees.
