Our caring and experienced Short Term Counsellor provides a confidential space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, develop strategies, and enhance your overall mental health. Case Management

Are you facing complex challenges in your life in Canada? Health, finances, family, employment, language, and more can make settling difficult. Our team of social workers in the Case Management program help newcomers with complex challenges. If you’re feeling overwhelmed and would like more support, talk to a Settlement Worker at a Regional Connections near you about Case Management services.
